Construction Administration Phase
Phase 5-Construction Administration-During construction we provide “Construction Administration” where we assist the Owner and/or his Architect in evaluation of interior related item bids based on our Interior Design Contract Documents. We review interior related finish and material samples, fixture and millwork item submittals and shop drawings, as well as, coordinate the information within our furnishings specifications with the Owner’s purchasing department. Our Project Manager, or appropriate project team member, will attend Project construction meetings.
